PropertyList WhatsApp groups
Free WhatsApp groups where agents share listings and client requests, by area and by type. Join a whole community in one tap, or pick the single groups you need.
- You need a free PropertyList account. Create it here if you do not have one.
- Join the community for your area and you get every group in it at once. Or join single groups from the lists below.
- Some groups are full. Use their link anyway to join the waiting list. Priority for a place goes to agencies that add their properties to the network: connect your XML feed, or send the feed link to CoAgent on WhatsApp.

Facebook groups
Public groups run by PropertyList that reach buyers and renters as well as agents. Member counts are rounded down, checked 23 September 2026.
Group rules
- Share the PropertyList link for your listing, or your own post for it.
- Up to five properties a day, and the same property once a week.
- Client requests go in the requests groups (Buyers only, Short-term requests), not in the listings groups.
- No spam, no promotions, nothing unrelated to property.
- Do not message other members directly unless they have asked you to.
- When a group is full, priority goes to agencies that add their properties to the network.
Privacy: PropertyList.es runs these groups. Other members can see what you post and may see your name and phone number, so a work number is best. You can leave a group at any time. Data requests: [email protected]. More in our Privacy Policy.
Tip: connect your XML feed first so every listing is on the MLS, then share. You can also send the feed link to CoAgent on WhatsApp. Save a search in the CRM and you are told when a matching property is published, so you do not have to watch the groups all day.
Want a group for your area? Email us and we will set one up.
