ReQuests (coming soon)
ReQuests is a planned MLS feature to see what other agencies, buyers and tenants are looking for, not what is for sale. Not built yet; use MLS Property Alerts.
Not available yet. ReQuests is on the roadmap and is not in the MLS today. This page describes what it is planned to do. Nothing on it can be used yet. For what works now, see MLS Property Alerts.
What ReQuests is planned to do
ReQuests will show what people are looking for, rather than what is for sale. Requirements will arrive from two places: other agencies on the MLS, and buyers and tenants using the public portal.
The two sections
- Agent ReQuests, requirements posted by other agencies, so you can match them against your own listings and work a deal together.
- Client ReQuests, requirements from buyers and tenants searching the public portal.
Both will be searchable and filterable by location, price and property type.
What to use in the meantime
MLS Property Alerts already cover part of this: save what a client is looking for, and PropertyList emails you when a matching property comes onto the network. AI Property Match is in beta and matches a client brief against network stock.
Progress is tracked on the roadmap.
- Agent ReQuests (coming soon) Agent ReQuests will let agencies publish what a client wants so others with matching stock can respond. Not built yet; use MLS Property Alerts today.
- Client ReQuests (coming soon) Client ReQuests will show buyer and tenant requirements from the public portal that match your listings. Not built yet; portal leads reach you already.
