Instant Images gives every listing portfolio-quality photos and ready-to-post marketing graphics - in one click, from the photos already on your listings. Every image includes one free re-run, and failed generations are never charged.

Photo enhancement

Twilight conversion, sky replacement, auto-enhance (exposure, colour, verticals), lawn and pool cleanup, and upscaling that raises small feed-imported photos to portal quality. One credit per photo, or enhance a whole listing in one run.

Virtual staging

Turn an empty room into a furnished one in the style you choose, or declutter an occupied room. Every staged image carries a clear "virtually staged" label - it protects you legally and buyers trust what is honest.

Social cards and infographics

Branded feed and story images for any listing - photo, price, beds, area and a QR code - in the same styles and sizes as Instant Video, branded or unbranded. Plus market infographics with real median prices and notary-verified figures for your areas.

The honesty rules (built in)

These images go on your listings under your name, so the rules protect you: light, sky, gardens and presentation improve, but permanent features and defects are never removed or hidden; staged and materially edited images are labelled; your originals are always kept alongside with one-click revert; and no property imagery is ever AI-invented.

Planned pricing

Pay as you go from your agency credit balance (1 credit = 1 euro): 1 credit per enhanced photo, 10 credits for a whole listing (up to ~25 photos), 5 credits per staged room, social cards from 2 credits, market infographics 3 credits. Final pricing is confirmed at launch.
