How Instant Video works: listing videos, area guides, agency intros and market updates with an optional AI avatar presenter.

Instant Video turns any of your listings into a branded, social-ready video in minutes. The video is built from the listing's real photos and details - price, bedrooms and area come straight from the listing record, so nothing is typed by hand and nothing is invented.

What you can create

Listing videos - your listing photos animated scene by scene, with accurate overlays and your contact end-card. Styles for every moment: Promo (the default showcase), New Listing, Just Reduced, Open House, Just Sold, Back on Market, Exclusive and Luxury.

Area guide videos - a 30-60 second tour of any area you choose, from a whole city down to a single neighbourhood: lifestyle, real market figures and your branding.

Agency introduction videos - your "meet the agency" video for your website, social bios and WhatsApp.

Market update videos - a monthly "your area right now" video with real median prices and notary-verified figures from PropertyList's market data.

Sizes and platforms

Each video renders in up to three aspect ratios, always in full HD (1080p) with subtitles built in: vertical 9:16 (Instagram Reels and Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories, WhatsApp Status), square 1:1 (Facebook and Instagram feeds) and wide 16:9 (YouTube, your website, email).

Your AI avatar as presenter

Record one short selfie video and your AI avatar can present any video - area guides and agency intros especially. Your avatar is created only from your own likeness, with your consent, and belongs to you alone. Avatar videos carry a small AI-presenter note.

Branded or unbranded

Every video renders branded (your logo, colours and contact end-card with a QR code to the listing) or unbranded, so MLS partner agents can share your property with their clients - buyers or tenants - without your contact details on it.

Sales and rentals

Videos work for sales, long-term rentals and holiday rentals. The price shown always follows the listing: sale price for sales, per month for long-term, per week for holiday lets.

How you will use it

Pick a listing in the Marketing tab, or click Create Video on the listing itself. Choose a style and sizes, preview, then download and post to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or WhatsApp.

Planned pricing

Pay as you go from your agency credit balance (1 credit = 1 euro): 10 credits for one size, 20 credits for all three sizes of the same video, +10 credits for the avatar presenter, +5 credits per extra language (English and Spanish at launch). Final pricing is confirmed at launch.
