These are our filming partner’s prices, IVA included, and they can change them. Their first 6 months of hosting are included, then €30 a year keeps the walkthrough live. You contract with them and they invoice you directly. PropertyList is paid a fee by them for the introduction, out of the price you pay rather than on top of it, and is not a party to your contract with them. Clause 3.10 of the terms and conditions sets this out. Costa del Sol for now.

They are a separate data controller and will identify themselves when they get in touch. The service is supplied and invoiced by them under clause 3.10 of the terms; see the privacy policy for what we share and how long we keep it.

What exactly will I get?
A professional 3D walkthrough of the property that buyers open in any browser, on any phone, with no app. It will attach to your MLS listing and your PropertyList microsite automatically, and you will get a link to add to your own website, included.
Who films it?
An independent filming company on the Costa del Sol, not PropertyList. They quote you, agree a time with you, film the property in one visit and invoice you directly, and they identify themselves by name and tax number when they send the quote. PropertyList passes on your request and attaches the finished walkthrough to your listing and microsite. PropertyList is not a party to your contract with them, and is paid a fee by them for the introduction, out of the price you pay rather than on top of it.
What does it cost?
Our filming partner sets the price and invoices you. Their prices, IVA included: 129 EUR for apartments, 189 EUR for townhouses and semi-detached homes, 249 EUR for villas, with the first 6 months of hosting included and 30 EUR a year after that. They can change these, so the price that counts is the one they quote you. PropertyList does not set the price and does not take payment for it.
