Coming soon Connected inbox

The email is the record.
Stop copying it across.

Coming soon. You will connect the mailbox you already use, client replies will land on the right contact on their own, and everything you send will go out from your own address. Ten credits per mailbox per month, and you will be able to disconnect it in the same two clicks that turned it on.

It will live in the CRM under Settings, then Connected inbox.

How connecting it will work

Four steps, and the only one that will take any thought is the third, where you decide whether to allow it.

1 Settings, Connected inbox 2 Google, Outlook or Other 3 Sign in on their page 4 Connected
Step 3 happens on Google’s site or Microsoft’s, not ours. You type your password where you always type it, and they hand back a permission you can withdraw whenever you like. Nothing you type on that screen reaches PropertyList.

What will happen after that

Two directions, one contact. That is the whole feature.

In A client emails you
  1. 1 Their message arrives in your mailbox, exactly as it does today.
  2. 2 PropertyList matches the address against your contacts.
  3. 3 The conversation appears on that contact in the CRM.
  4. 4 You see it next to their enquiry, their viewings and their pipeline stage.
Out You email a client
  1. 1 You write the reply on the contact, inside the CRM.
  2. 2 It leaves through your own connected mailbox.
  3. 3 The client sees your address, your name, your agency.
  4. 4 They reply to you, and it comes back to the same contact.
The part worth paying for is the second half of each lane. Everyone can already send an email. What you stop doing is remembering to write it down afterwards.

Why it goes from your address

A client should see you

Mail sent from a platform address gets treated like a platform. It lands lower, it gets filed somewhere else, and it does not look like the person the client met at the viewing. Your own address is the one they already recognise and the one they will reply to.

And so should your Sent folder

Because it goes through your mailbox, the conversation stays where you would look for it anyway. If you leave PropertyList tomorrow, your email history is still yours, sitting in the account you have always owned.

What it will cost

A connected mailbox 10 credits per mailbox, per month
A second mailbox on the same account 10 credits, per mailbox, per month
Disconnecting Free, and it stops the charge

Credits come out of one balance shared with everything else you pay for. There is no separate subscription and no minimum term. See the full price list.

Your mailbox, your permission

You grant it

The connection is made with OAuth, the same mechanism that lets you sign in to other services with Google. You approve it on the provider’s own screen, and you see what is being asked for before you agree to anything.

You take it back

Disconnect from Settings in the CRM, or revoke it from the provider’s side at myaccount.google.com/permissions or account.live.com/consent/Manage. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to close your account.

How PropertyList handles the data behind this is set out in the privacy policy, alongside the terms and conditions.

What it does not do

It is not a mail client

You keep using Gmail or Outlook the way you always have. The CRM does not try to replace your inbox, and nothing about how you read your mail changes.

It does not send on its own

Connecting a mailbox does not start any campaign. Automated email is a separate product, Automation and Nurture, with its own subscription and its own controls.

It is not shared with your team by default

A mailbox is connected by one person, for one account. Connecting yours does not put your email in front of colleagues.

It is not a filing cabinet for old mail

This is about the conversation you are having now, on the contact it belongs to. Treat your mailbox as the archive, because it still is one.

Questions

What does it cost?

Ten credits per connected mailbox per month, from the same credit balance you already use for featuring a listing or pulling a report. Two mailboxes will be ten credits each, and disconnecting will stop the charge. Nothing is charged until it launches.

Does PropertyList get my password?

No. You will sign in on Google’s own page, or on Microsoft’s, and they hand back a permission you can withdraw at any time. Your password is typed on their site and never reaches us. That is what the Google and Outlook buttons do, and it is the reason they exist rather than a box asking for your password.

How do I disconnect?

You will disconnect it from Settings, then Connected inbox, in the CRM. You will also be able to revoke the permission from the provider’s own side at any time, at myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google or account.live.com/consent/Manage for Microsoft. Either way the sync stops.

Which addresses can I connect?

Gmail and Google Workspace through the Google button, Outlook and Microsoft 365 through the Outlook button. If your agency runs its mail somewhere else, there will be an Other option for it.

Do my clients see PropertyList?

No. Mail you send will go out from your own address, so a client sees you and your agency, replies to you, and files the conversation under your name. That is the point of connecting your real mailbox rather than sending from a platform address.

Does my agency admin need to allow it?

On Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 an administrator can restrict which applications staff are allowed to connect. If your first attempt is blocked once it launches, that will be why. The manual chapter has the exact path your administrator needs, for both providers, and it is worth doing now.

Not yet, but not far off

Connected inbox will sit in the CRM that 1,300+ agents already use, next to the contacts the mail belongs to. The manual chapter explains what it will do, and what to send your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administrator now if your agency restricts which applications staff can connect.

It works best beside the boards you already run: the pipelines the contact sits on, and Automation and Nurture for the clients you are not talking to this week.

List once. 1,300+ agents sell with you.
