Claude asks you to sign in with your PropertyList account; that unlocks the six actions that wait for your yes, because they happen in your name. ChatGPT takes the MCP key from your CRM (Settings, then API) and reads your CRM and saves notes, contacts and draft listings. Then ask it "what came in overnight?" to check.

Will it email my clients on its own?
No. Sending listings, booking a viewing, moving a deal, qualifying a lead, assigning a listing and changing its status all show you a preview and wait for your yes. Adding a contact, a note or a draft listing saves straight into your CRM, like typing it yourself.
What does it cost?
The connection and your agency key are free with your PropertyList account. AI matching includes 200 searches every 30 days; after that it is 1 credit per 10 searches from your wallet. Anything that costs credits in your CRM, such as qualifying a lead onto the Buyer board, costs the same here, and the assistant shows you the cost before you say yes.

ChatGPT: with your MCP key it reads your CRM and saves notes, contacts and draft listings; anything that changes a client or a listing (sending, booking, moving a deal, qualifying a lead, assigning a listing, changing its status) needs a signed-in account. Gemini and Copilot do not connect yet.
Can it see other agencies' data?
No. Every tool answers only for your own agency. Public listings are searched the way anyone can search PropertyList.
