What is PropertyList?
PropertyList is the system Spanish estate agencies run on: one login that replaces the CRM, the MLS, the portal presence, the agency website, the AI marketing tools and the market-data subscriptions an agency would otherwise buy from four or five vendors. It is also the network those tools plug into: list a property once and 1,410+ agents across 1,020+ agencies can sell it with you, while buyers find it on propertylist.es. The AI does the heavy lifting: a listing written from photos and a voice note, buyers matched against the whole market from a pasted client message, and follow-up that keeps working your database long after most agents stop - grounded in notary-verified sale prices, not asking-price guesses.
Is PropertyList really free?
The core is free with no limit: the MLS, unlimited listings, team accounts, your MicroSite and the Lead, Seller and Property pipelines. Moving a qualified buyer lead into the Buyer pipeline costs 1 credit, and your first 5 are free.
How does PropertyList make money?
Credits, from one prepaid balance - and every charge is optional. Receiving a lead costs nothing: portal enquiries are free for a limited time, and leads from other agents or from your MicroSite are free forever. If you choose to move a qualified buyer into the Buyer pipeline, that is 1 credit, with your first 5 free - and if you never move them, you never pay. The same goes for featuring a listing, property reports, the Rentals Module, the XML feed that puts the whole network's stock on your own website, and the custom Website Builder, which is free to build and preview and only billed once you publish it live. Nothing switches itself on. Listing and selling stay free, so the network keeps growing.
Can I get free credits?
Yes. Refer an agency: you earn 20 credits for every agency that signs up through your link, with no cap, and the new agency starts with 10. On top of that, verifying your agency (free, about two minutes) adds another 20 credits and puts the verified badge on your listings.
Do I have to leave my current portal or CRM?
No. Import your existing XML feed free and run PropertyList alongside whatever you use today. Pushing your listings out to other portals is free too.
