Here is the honest version. The core - MLS, the CRM with your lead, seller and property pipelines, portal listings and a branded MicroSite - is free forever, no card. The trade: your listings are shared with the other agents on the network, which is how you all sell more. We make money when you choose something paid: 1 credit for a qualified lead you decide to move in, featuring a listing, a valuation report, or a monthly module like Automation & Nurture at 20 credits a month (about €20). You pay for demand, never for supply. That is the whole catch.

Common questions
Is it really free, or is it a trial?
Free forever, not a trial. The MLS, the CRM core, your portal presence, your MicroSite and the tools above cost nothing and always will. There is no card required to start and no monthly fee on the core. What is paid is separate and optional: 1 credit for each qualified lead you decide to move in, and the two monthly modules, Automation & Nurture and the Rentals Module.
Then how does PropertyList make money?
Two ways. Credits, for demand and one-offs: 1 credit for each qualified lead you decide to move into your Buyer pipeline, taken from your credit balance, plus featuring a listing to the top, notary-verified valuation reports, a full custom website builder, or keeping a sale off the shared network. And monthly subscriptions for the modules that run in the background: Automation & Nurture at 20 credits a month (about €20), and the Rentals Module at 50 credits per 30 days, with a free 30-day trial. Your listings and your sellers stay free, so you pay for demand and never for supply. The core stays free because a bigger, shared network is worth more to everyone on it.
What is the catch?
There is not one on price. The trade is that your listings are shared with other agents on the network - that is the point, it is how you get more people able to sell your stock. If you ever need a listing kept private, you can (first 5 free, then 5 credits each).
Do I have to leave my current portal or CRM?
No. Import your existing XML feed, keep whatever else you use, and run PropertyList alongside it for free. Most agents find they stop paying for the extras once they see what is included.
