Is it really free, or is it a trial?
Free forever, not a trial. The MLS, the CRM, your portal presence, your MicroSite and the tools above cost nothing and always will. There is no card required to start and no monthly fee on the core.
Then how does PropertyList make money?
Optional paid extras, bought with credits - things like featuring a listing to the top, notary-verified valuation reports, a full custom website builder, or keeping a sale off the shared network. You only pay for the extras you choose. The core stays free because a bigger, shared network is worth more to everyone on it.
What is the catch?
There is not one on price. The trade is that your listings are shared with other agents on the network - that is the point, it is how you get more people able to sell your stock. If you ever need a listing kept private, you can (first 5 free, then 5 credits each).
Do I have to leave my current portal or CRM?
No. Import your existing XML feed, keep whatever else you use, and run PropertyList alongside it for free. Most agents find they stop paying for the extras once they see what is included.
