Questions, answered
Do I need to film anything?
No. Listing videos are built from the photos already on your listing. The only optional filming is your avatar: record one short selfie video once, and your AI presenter can appear in any video after that.
Which platforms do the sizes cover?
Three aspect ratios cover everything: vertical (9:16) for Instagram Reels and Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories and WhatsApp Status; square (1:1) for Facebook and Instagram feeds; wide (16:9) for YouTube, your website and email. Everything renders in full HD (1080p).
Will the details be accurate?
Yes - that is the whole point. Every price, bedroom count and market figure comes from your live listing record or PropertyList’s notary-verified market data. Nothing is typed in by hand and nothing is invented.
How does the avatar work?
You upload a short video of yourself once, with your consent, and it stays yours alone - no one else can use it. Your AI avatar can then present area guides, agency intros or any video you like. Avatar videos carry a small AI-presenter note, which buyers respect far more than they mind.
Can I make an unbranded version?
Yes. Every video can be rendered branded or unbranded at no extra cost. Branded is for your own channels; the unbranded version is made for MLS sharing, so partner agents can put your property in front of their clients - buyers or tenants - without your contact details on it.
What does it cost?
Planned pricing is pay-as-you-go with your PropertyList credits: 10 credits for one size, 20 credits for all three sizes of the same video, +10 credits for the avatar presenter and +5 credits per extra language. 1 credit = 1 euro, no subscription. Final pricing is confirmed at launch.
