Questions, answered
Will buyers know the photos are edited?
Where it matters, yes - on purpose. Virtually staged rooms and materially edited images carry a clear label, which protects you legally and builds trust. Light and colour improvements like twilight or a blue sky are standard practice in property marketing and do not change what the property is.
What will it refuse to do?
Anything that would misrepresent the property: it will not remove or hide permanent features and defects - damp, cracks, power lines, a road outside. It improves light, sky, gardens and presentation, and stages furniture. That line is what keeps your listings safe.
Does it replace my original photos?
Never. Enhanced photos are saved alongside your originals as extra versions you can choose from, and you can revert in one click. Your original photos always stay on the listing record.
My imported photos are small and blurry - can it fix them?
Yes. The upscaler raises small, compressed photos (common on feed-imported listings) to sharp portal quality. It is one credit per photo like any other enhancement.
What does it cost?
Planned pricing is pay-as-you-go with your PropertyList credits: 1 credit per enhanced photo, 10 credits for a whole listing, 5 credits per staged room, and social cards from 2 credits. 1 credit = 1 euro, no subscription. Final pricing is confirmed at launch.
