This protects listings and prevents third parties from uploading properties directly - a huge plus for agents. PropertyList CRM has been a great tool for me as an agent. It's completely free to join, easy to use, and has all the features I need without feeling complicated. One of the best parts is the property push feature - you can use your credits to boost your listings, and I've actually found Buyers through other agents for important listings that i had to sell for my owners through it. I recomend it to all agents on teh costa del sol , who have listings but do not want to pay for many platfroms.
