Private listings (do not share with other agents)

By default, every property you list joins the shared MLS so 1,200+ agents can help you sell it. Some mandates need discretion instead: an off-market sale, a seller who values privacy, or an exclusive you want to work direct-only. For those, mark the property as "Do not share with other agents".

What it does

  • Hidden from other agencies - the property no longer appears to other agents in the MLS.
  • Off other agents' microsites - it will not show on any other agency's microsite or website.
  • Removed from export feeds - it is excluded from all XML export feeds.
  • Still yours, still live - it stays visible on the public portal and in your own account, so direct buyers still find it and every lead comes straight to you.

Want it off the public portal too? Use the separate Take Offline action in the same menu.

How to stop sharing

  1. Go to My Listings.
  2. Tick the checkbox on each property card you want to make private - or use Select all.
  3. Open Bulk actions and choose Do not share with other agents.
  4. Review the confirmation - it shows exactly how many free slots you are using and whether any credits will be charged - and click Stop Sharing.

What it costs

  • Your first 5 live private listings are free.
  • After that, each additional private listing costs 5 credits (about €5).
  • The confirmation dialog always shows the slot count and any charge before you confirm - no surprises.

Changing your mind

You can re-enable sharing from each property at any time. Turning sharing back on returns the property to the MLS, other agents' microsites and your export feeds, and frees up the private slot it was using.

When private makes sense

  • Discreet sellers - high-profile owners who do not want the property circulating.
  • Off-market and pocket listings - work an exclusive quietly with your own buyer list first.
  • Direct-only strategy - keep portal exposure and direct leads while opting out of co-brokerage on a specific property.

Everything else about the listing keeps working - your CRM, pipeline, documents and portal leads are unaffected.
