What Agent ReQuests will be
An Agent ReQuest is a property requirement published by another agency. When an agency has a client looking for a particular location, budget or number of bedrooms, it will be able to post that requirement so agents holding matching stock can respond.
How it is planned to work
From the ReQuests area you will be able to browse and filter what other agencies are looking for, read the requirements at a glance, and compare them against your own portfolio to collaborate on a sale or a rental.
What to use in the meantime
Set up MLS Property Alerts for the criteria your clients ask for most, and the network will tell you when something matching appears.
