One-click social posting is on its way. Soon you will publish a listing straight to your social channels from PropertyList. For now, use the Share action below to copy a link and post it yourself - we will let you know the moment direct posting goes live.

Every listing on PropertyList is ready to share. Open any property and use the Share action to copy a client-ready link you can post to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or anywhere else.

Shared links open on your agency microsite - your branding, your contact details, and any enquiry becomes your direct lead. See Microsite share for how shared listings work.

Tips for social posts:

  • Lead with the best photo and the headline price.
  • Post new mandates as soon as they go live - fresh listings get the most engagement.
  • Share into local community and buyer groups where your market actually is, like the PropertyList WhatsApp community groups.
