Nurture and automated follow-up
Past clients kept warm automatically: how contacts arrive, the two email streams, Hot-lead detection and the rules that keep it safe. 20 credits a month (about €20).
Nurture is where a contact goes after a deal closes, and where they stay. It is not a board you drag people through: what moves them is time and behaviour, not you.
Nurture is part of the Automation and Nurture subscription, 20 credits a month (about €20). That one price covers the Nurture pipeline, every automated email, Hot-lead detection and the Daily Action Queue.
How contacts arrive
Automatically. A contact lands in Nurture when a deal is won, and also when one is lost, tagged Lost or Cold. Nothing is deleted for going cold: a buyer who ghosts in March often buys in October, usually from whoever stayed in touch.
The four states
- Just Closed: the first 90 days.
- Settled: 3 to 24 months.
- Watch and Move-Cycle: 2 years and beyond.
- Hot: a contact jumps here the moment they show intent. Hot contacts pin to the top of the board with the reason shown on the card.
Two streams of email
Relationship emails are fixed to personal dates and ask for nothing: birthdays including a partner's, a message on the anniversary of the sign date, Christmas and New Year, and a referral ask. These always go out under the individual agent's name and signature.
Opportunity emails are tuned to the contact's tags. A homeowner gets an annual "your home is now worth roughly this much". An investor gets a portfolio valuation and current rents. A landlord gets yield updates, regulation changes and a renew, re-let or sell analysis at every renewal. A long-term renter gets a slow rent-versus-buy comparison. A lost buyer gets market updates and a light "still looking?".
When someone shows interest
The system watches for intent: a click on a valuation link, a reply, or the same "thinking of selling?" email opened several times in a week. When that happens it tags the contact Hot, notifies you, pauses the automated emails for that contact, and pushes a call to the top of your Daily Action Queue. You get handed a warm client instead of the machine carrying on regardless.
A contact returning from Nurture never costs a credit. You paid for them once already.
The rules that keep it safe
- One email per contact per week, however many sequences they are in. If two fall in the same week the personal one wins the slot.
- Consent is recorded per contact and unsubscribes are honoured, including the one-click unsubscribe header that Gmail and Yahoo now require. A contact who opts out stays on the board but receives nothing.
- Emails go in the contact's preferred language, captured when the deal is won.
- You can switch Nurture off for one contact, or for one type of email, if you know something the system does not.
- Contacts tagged as agents are always excluded from every automated email.
What you can see
Each contact has a timeline of everything sent and everything scheduled, and you can view, skip or edit any upcoming email. That per-contact timeline is the off switch, and it is what makes automation something you can trust rather than something running loose.
If you are not subscribed
The board still fills up. Contacts flow in from every won deal and the data is still collected, but nothing sends, and a counter shows you what would have gone out. The day you subscribe, the machine starts already loaded.
