The agent is already the recommender
Agents are asked for a plumber, a photographer and a gestor constantly, and they answer from memory. The intention is to make that recommendation something they can make in one tap, and something you can be part of.
Built on real transactions
Every listing on the network belongs to a registered agency, and the market figures come from the notarial register. The services side sits on the same foundation rather than on paid placement.

No. The services side of PropertyList is still being built. This page only records who wants in, so we can tell you the day it opens and shape it around the trades that actually turn up.
What will it cost?
That is not decided, so we are not going to guess at it here. Pricing is published when the service launches, and anyone who registered will hear it first.
What are you actually building?
A place for the professionals around a move to be found at the moment they are needed, inside the transaction rather than in a directory nobody opens. An agent closing a sale, or a buyer who has just completed, needs a lawyer, a photographer, a removals firm and a cleaner within days of each other.
Does registering commit me to anything?
No. It is an email address and a line about what you do. No account is created, nothing is charged, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
I am an estate agency, is this for me?
No. Agencies join the MLS and CRM, which is free and open today. This page is for the trades and professionals agencies and their clients hire.
When will it open?
There is no date yet. It is on the public roadmap, and it moves faster when more people ask for it, so registering here genuinely counts.
