Upload your exclusive mandates to our secure MLS portal and instantly tap into a vast, collaborative network of verified agencies and agents across Spain. This broadens your market reach, attracting more clients for your active listings.
- How to manage: Click the “MLS LEADS” tab on your dashboard. From this view, you can manage all your incoming MLS co-broking leads and assign specific enquiries to your staff members for follow-up.
DIRECT PORTAL LEADS
By listing your properties for free on the PropertyList network, they will soon be advertised globally on our public property portal, gaining major exposure to direct buyers and tenants. These public leads currently reach you free of charge and you do not spend credits to open one. This is free for a limited time; we expect to move portal leads to a pay-per-lead model in the future and we will tell you before that changes.
MICROSITE LEADS (website made just for you)
You can share properties using a personalised url for your MicroSite. Each listing has a contact form at the bottom of the page for direct buyers or tenants to request a viewing.
- How to manage: Click the “DIRECT LEADS” tab on your dashboard. Here, you can manage all your Landing Page URL leads and assign these direct client enquiries to your team.
Intelligent Automation & Tracking
The moment a buyer submits an enquiry, the infrastructure takes over. Every new lead automatically populates into your Smart CRM as a new contact and triggers an instant notification.
If the lead is already in your database, the system updates their existing history timeline with the new message and property interest. This automated process saves your agency time and ensures you do not miss a potential deal.
