The "Direct Lead" Advantage

By default, uploading your properties to the internal MLS for co-broking is completely free. However, when you need to accelerate a specific mandate and target consumers directly, you can optionally choose to feature your property on the Public Portal.

Featuring your listing on the public-facing platform provides several strategic benefits:

Maximum Consumer Visibility: Your property is highlighted on the public portal, ensuring it is seen by active buyers and renters browsing the region.
Direct Lead Generation: Instead of relying entirely on co-broking, enquiries generated from the public portal come directly to you as the listing agent.

How to Deploy Credits for Public Exposure

We believe you should only pay for the marketing you actually use. To feature a property on the public portal or open direct consumer leads, you utilise the PropertyList credit system.

Pay-As-You-Go Flexibility: You can purchase credits in bulk (which do not expire) and spend them at your own pace to feature specific listings whenever you secure a new mandate.
Monthly Subscription Strategy: If your agency handles a high volume of direct consumer leads, you can opt for a monthly subscription. This provides a recurring allocation of credits designed specifically to unlock premium features, such as opening direct leads directly from the public property portal.

Simple Steps to Featuring

Navigate to “My Listings” within your dashboard.
Open any of your direct listing and click the button at the top named: “FEATURE”.
Select the “Feature on MLS” button.

Quality Control and Limitations

We believe you should only pay for the marketing you actually use. To activate this premium visibility, featuring a listing on the Public Portal requires an investment of 10 Credits (€10), which secures your featured spot for 72 hours.

To protect the integrity of the platform and prevent massive agencies from monopolising the search results, our subscription models include strategic limitations. You can only feature up to a maximum of 3 listings at any one time. If you wish to rotate your exposure or feature a larger portfolio, you must actively manage your promotions or purchase additional credit allocations, ensuring a fair and balanced marketplace for everyone.
