Featuring your property boosts it to the top of the MLS search results, granting you premium exposure to the region's top agents who are actively searching for inventory to present to their buyers.

Simple Steps to Featuring:

1. Navigate to “My Listings” within your dashboard.
2. Open any of your direct listing and click the button at the top named: “FEATURE”.
3. Select the “Feature on MLS” button.

Credit Deployment and Limitations

We believe you should only pay for the marketing you actually use. To activate this premium visibility, featuring a listing on the MLS requires an investment of 10 Credits (€10), which secures your featured spot for 72 hours.

To protect the integrity of the platform and prevent the search results from being monopolised, our subscription models and credit deployments include strategic limitations. You can feature up to 3 listings at a time. If you wish to feature more listings, you can purchase additional credits to rotate your exposure, ensuring a fair and balanced marketplace for everyone.
