    Once the referred agent registers, our admin team reviews and approves their account.
    You can track all your referrals in your referrals dashboard.

    When your referred agent is approved:
    You receive 20 credits (worth €20)
    &
    They receive 20 credits     (worth €20)

This link is unique to you and automatically tracks every agent who signs up through it - so you always get full credit for your referrals.

  • Click your Name, then in the dropdown click "Refferals", here you can to see pending and approved sign-ups, dates, and status.

Q: How long until credits appear?
A: Credits are added to both accounts immediately after the referred agent’s account is approved.

Q: What does “approved” mean?
A: Approval means our admin has validated the agent’s registration (identity/business checks) to keep the platform professional.

Q: How many agencies can I refer?
A: The program is designed for ongoing referrals. Zero limits or caps.

Q: Where do credits show up?
A: Dashboard → Credits (and in the Referral Dashboard for visibility).

Q: Do credits expire?
A: Credits do NOT expire.

Q: What if the referred agent isn’t approved?

A: If approval is not granted, no credits are issued. Encourage correct registration details and resubmission, if necessary; contact support for help.
