The agent network

All 1,200+ agents on PropertyList can see your developments and share them with their clients, completely free. When an agent sells a unit, they earn the commission you set on that listing - so a real sales force is actively selling your project, not just parking an advert. You keep control of what is shared and the commission on offer.

The direct portal

Your developments also appear on the public portal at propertylist.es, where buyers search directly. Listings are indexed for AI search too, so they surface in tools like Claude, Perplexity and ChatGPT when buyers ask about new developments in your area. Enquiries from the portal come straight to you.

One project, two audiences

You list once. Agents distribute to their buyers and the portal brings direct buyers, and both hand the lead straight to you.
