Photos, floorplans and documents
Strong visuals and complete documents are what turn a listing into a sale. PropertyList gives each development a shared media and documents hub that agents can use with their clients.
Photos and renders
- Add a full set of images - a good rule of thumb is at least 13 per unit type or development.
- For off-plan projects, use renders or CGIs, and replace them with real photos as construction completes.
- Cover the exterior, key interiors (kitchen, living, bedrooms, bathrooms) and amenities (pool, gardens, gym, views).
- Use high-resolution, well-lit images. Avoid watermarks and logos from other portals.
Floorplans
Add a floorplan for each unit type. Buyers and agents rely on them to understand layout and size, and listings with floorplans get more serious enquiries.
The documents hub
Upload the supporting documents for your development in one place:
- Brochures and specification sheets
- Floorplans and site plans
- Legal packs and energy documentation
- Price and availability lists
Agents can access and share these with their clients at no cost, so your whole sales pack travels with every share.
