PropertyList is built to be risk-free for developers. There is no subscription and no upfront cost.

You set the commission

On each development or unit, you decide the commission you are willing to pay for a sale. That is what an agent earns for selling it, and it is what makes agents want to put your project in front of their buyers.

You only pay after you are paid

Commission is only due once the buyer has paid 10% or more towards the property. Until a real, committed sale is underway you owe nothing, so you are never out of pocket for marketing that has not converted.

Free for agents

Agents pay nothing to access your developments. Every agent on the network can view, share and sell your units at no cost, which is what gives your project its reach. They are simply paid the commission you set when they close a sale.
