Getting started as a developer

PropertyList gives property developers two ways to sell every unit at once: a network of 1,200+ estate agents who can promote and sell your developments, and the public property portal where buyers search directly. There is no subscription - you only pay a commission when a sale completes.

Create your developer account

Sign in or register at developers.propertylist.es. You add your company details and the developments you are marketing, and we verify each developer so the network stays trusted.

How it works, in short

• List your developments once, with photos, floorplans, unit types and prices.
• Reach agents and buyers. Every agent on PropertyList can access your developments for free and share them with their clients; buyers also find them on the public portal.
• Manage everything in one place. Leads, viewings and documents live in your developer dashboard.
• Pay only on success. You set the commission on each listing, and it is only due once the buyer has paid 10% or more towards the property.
