The PropertyList roadmap: what's next and how you vote

Most platforms build in the dark and announce at the end. We would rather show you the workbench - and let you move things up the queue.

What is in build right now

• Instant Brochure - one-click property brochures: a print-ready PDF plus a live web page that updates itself when the price, photos or details change. Currently the most-voted idea on our board.
• iOS app - the PropertyList app for iPhone, in final review.

Planned next

• Instant Renovation - AI before-and-after visuals with area-priced cost breakdowns.
• Instant Video - branded listing, area and market videos from your own photos.
• Instant Images - twilight conversion, sky replacement, labelled virtual staging and social cards.

And recently shipped, in case you missed them: Auto-Renew (save a card and your balance tops itself up before each renewal, with 5 bonus credits a month), Instant Content (AI blogs and area guides, live), AI property search on the portal, AI Property Match in the agent dashboard, and private listings.

Your vote actually moves things

All of this lives on our public feature board. Anyone can vote - one click, no account - and anyone can suggest a new idea. Every idea carries a live status (Under review, Planned, Building, Live), so you can watch a request travel from suggestion to shipped feature. Instant Content made exactly that journey.

The most-voted ideas get prioritised. If you want Instant Video before Instant Renovation - or something we have not thought of at all - the board is where you say so.
