PropertyList selected for Málaga's Laboratorio de Inversión

Agents on the Costa del Sol have swapped buyers and listings in our WhatsApp groups since 2019. In February 2025 that became PropertyList, a shared MLS that any agency can join free. Twenty months later, it has been selected for Málaga's Laboratorio de Inversión.

The Laboratorio de Inversión is an investor-readiness programme run by Polo Digital and IAT for the Ayuntamiento de Málaga, and this is its first edition. Until December we work with mentors on fundraising, legal structure and go-to-market. The programme leads up to Winter Invest, Málaga's investor day on 10 December 2026.

Where the network stands

Every listing shared, every buyer passed to a colleague and every bug reported in a group chat made the platform what it is today:

• 1,050+ agencies on the network
• 1,450+ registered agents
• 6,850+ live listings on the network
• +15% agencies since July 2026

What does not change

Joining stays free. Listing and sharing on the MLS, the CRM core (contacts, the Lead, Seller and Property pipelines, calendar) and your listings on the portal are free forever.

What the programme is for

The mentoring helps us do three things:

1. Grow the network beyond the Costa del Sol.
2. Keep building the tools agents use every day, such as CoAgent, the AI assistant on WhatsApp that creates a listing from photos and a voice note and updates the CRM.
3. Get the company ready for investment, so we can do both faster.
