The PropertyList link for your listing, or your own post for it. Up to five properties a day, the same property once a week.
The rules, in short
- Your own listings, or your clients' requests in the requests groups.
- Up to five properties a day, the same property once a week.
- No spam, no promotions, nothing unrelated to property. In the Property services group, agents post requests for a service provider whenever they need one, other agents can recommend one, and providers can reply in the group. Each provider registered on the property services page may post only one message or advert a week about their services, with no more than one image in any post; replies to requests do not count towards the weekly limit. The other rules still apply.
- No direct messages to other members unless they have asked you to.

A great MLS and very useful WhatsApp groups. A great platform !
I primarily use the PropertyList platform for WhatsApp groups among real estate agents to share client requests (potential buyers and/or tenants) and my direct listings for sale or rent. It's all very reliable and well-managed with a quality network. I recommend it.
PropertyList CRM has been a great tool for me as an agent. It's completely free to join, easy to use, and has all the features I need without feeling complicated. One of the best parts is the property push feature - you can use your credits to boost your listings, and I've actually found Buyers through other agents for important listings that i had to sell for my owners through it. I recomend it to all agents on teh costa del sol , who have listings but do not want to pay for many platfroms.
