Yes. The core of PropertyList's CRM is free, with no subscription: contacts, the Lead, Seller and Property pipelines, and the calendar. Also free: listing on the MLS, sharing with other agencies, showing your listings on the public portal at propertylist.es, your MicroSite, XML import, sending your feed to other portals, Instant Brochure, and Automation and Nurture.

What the free core includes

No subscription:

• contacts and the Lead, Seller and Property pipelines,
• the calendar,
• listing a property on the MLS and sharing it with other agencies,
• showing your listings on the public portal at propertylist.es (buyer leads that come through the portal are free for a limited time, and agencies will be told before that changes),
• your MicroSite, which every agency gets when it signs up,
• XML import for your stock,
• sending your XML feed to other portals,
• Instant Brochure,
• Automation and Nurture,
• agent-to-agent leads and leads that come in through your MicroSite.

Property approval is automatic, with no manual review queue.

What costs credits

Only these extras are paid, and only at these prices:

• featuring a listing: 10 credits for 3 days, 20 credits for 7 days, or 30 credits for 15 days,
• moving a qualified buyer lead into the Buyer pipeline: 1 credit, with the first 5 free,
• the Property Intelligence Report: 5 credits, with the first 3 free,
• the Website Builder: from 50 credits a month; building and previewing is free, you pay only when you publish,
• an own-website XML feed or the Website API for your site with the network's full stock: 35 credits a month,
• extra listing photos: 1 credit each after the first 25 (listings that already had more than 25 photos before the price change keep them all free).

One credit costs about 1 euro: between 0.80 and 1 euro, plus IVA, depending on the pack you buy.

When it is not enough

If you need something that is not on either list above, check before assuming it is free or that it costs credits. Instant Renovation, Instant Video and Instant Images are not available yet. Connecting a Gmail or Outlook inbox is not available yet either. None of these has a published price because none of them is live.
