Every property search starts the same way: someone describes what they want in a sentence. "Two-bed apartment in Estepona near the beach, under 400k." Then, traditionally, that sentence gets chopped into dropdowns and checkboxes - and everything that would not fit a filter gets lost.

Two things make it trustworthy. First, you always see what the AI understood - your criteria appear as chips above the results (2 bedrooms, Apartment, Estepona, Under 400k, Near the beach), so nothing is hidden. Second, it only searches real, live listings. The AI never invents a property; its only job is understanding your words.

It is free, and you do not need an account. If the results are not quite right, reword your sentence and search again - it is a conversation, not a form.

For agents: AI Property Match (beta)

Agents get the same idea pointed at their business. A client sends you a WhatsApp: "3-bed near an international school, budget around 1.2M but flexible if there is a sea view." Instead of re-typing that into filters, paste it into AI Property Match in your dashboard.

It searches your own stock first - your listings lead the ranking, marked as the primary search - and then the whole shared MLS network behind them.
