The PropertyList public portal at propertylist.es shows the whole Costa del Sol market in one place - every listing shared across our agency network. It is free to use, there are no paywalls, and we never sell your data. It has been live since February 2026.

What you can do on the portal

• Search the whole market - for sale, to rent, holiday homes and new developments.
• Search by describing what you want in plain words.
• Save searches and get alerts when new homes match.
• Contact the listing agency directly.
• Check what a property is worth with a market report.
• Research any area with live market data.

1. Choose what you want: For sale, To rent, Holiday or New developments.
2. Type a location - a town, area or neighbourhood.
3. Set your price range, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, size and features.
4. Browse the results as a list or on the map.

Not sure which filters to use? Just tell the portal what you are looking for in your own words - for example, "3-bed villa near an international school in Marbella with a sea view, under 1.5M" - and it finds and ranks the best matches for you. No forms to fill in.

Every listing page shows the photos, price, key facts (bedrooms, bathrooms, size and location), a full description, a map, the energy rating where available, and the agency marketing it - everything you need to decide whether to enquire.
