Searching and browsing
The PropertyList public portal at propertylist.es shows the whole Costa del Sol market in one place - every listing shared across our agency network. It is free to use, there are no paywalls, and we never sell your data. It has been live since February 2026.
What you can do on the portal
- Search the whole market - for sale, to rent, holiday homes and new developments.
- Search by describing what you want in plain words, with AI.
- Save searches and get alerts when new homes match.
- Contact the listing agency directly.
- Check what a property is worth with a market report.
- Research any area with live market data.
The fastest way to find a home is to tell the portal what you want. In the AI property search box on the homepage, describe your ideal home in plain words and select Search with AI. The AI reads your brief and finds the closest matches across the whole portal - no filters to set.
For example: "3-bed villa near Marbella with a pool and sea view, around 800k". You can also start from one of the suggested examples underneath the box.
Prefer to set the details yourself? Use the classic filters at the top of the results:
- Choose the market from the menu: Buy, Rent or Developments, then the type of stay - Buy, Long Term or Holiday.
- Type a location or reference - a town, area or neighbourhood.
- Set Price, Beds & Baths and Property Type.
- Select more for advanced filters: new build, furnished, pool, parking, minimum build, plot, terrace and parking sizes, orientation, tenure, when it was added, and free-text keywords such as "sea view, garage".
Browse the results
Results appear as a list of cards with the price, size, location and a photo preview, alongside a map. Use Sort to order them (for example, newest first), and open any card to see the full listing.

- Developments - off-plan and new-build promotions.
View a property
Every listing page shows a photo gallery, the price, the headline (for example "Apartment for Sale in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella"), the key facts - bedrooms, bathrooms, build (m2) and type - a full description, the features, and the reference number. Everything you need to decide whether to enquire.
