Found something you like? On the listing page, use the Contact the agent panel: enter your name, email and phone, add a short message, and select Email agent. Your message goes straight to the agency that holds the listing - not a lead reseller - and they reply to you directly. PropertyList is a shared network, so the agency you contact is the one marketing that property.

Save a property

Select Save this property on any listing to keep it in your favourites and come back to it later.

Save searches and get alerts

Save any search and we will email you the moment a matching home goes live, so you never miss a new listing in your area and budget.

Create an account (optional)

You can browse the whole portal without signing in. Create a free account (Sign in / Sign up) to save your favourite properties and searches, manage your alerts, and get more personalised property recommendations.

For estate agents

Your MLS listings appear on the portal automatically at no cost, and every portal enquiry arrives in your dashboard as a lead, free to open for a limited time. See Managing your leads.
