Why inside the transaction is different
A directory waits to be searched. This does not.
The timing is the product
A sale completes and within days the same buyer needs a lawyer, a removals firm, a cleaner and someone to connect the utilities. That sequence is visible inside the platform because the deal is being worked there.
The agent is already the recommender
Agents are asked for a plumber, a photographer and a gestor constantly, and they answer from memory. The intention is to make that recommendation something they can make in one tap, and something you can be part of.
Built on real transactions
Every listing on the network belongs to a registered agency, and the market figures come from the notarial register. The services side sits on the same foundation rather than on paid placement.

The services side is not built yet. Until it is, agents and trades can meet in the Property services WhatsApp group for the Costa del Sol.
Lawyers, movers, photographers, cleaners and the other trades around a move, and the agents who need them. Trades: register your interest above with your WhatsApp number, then ask to join from that number. Agents join with a free PropertyList account. Joining is free. PropertyList or a group moderator may need to approve your request, and may decline it.

Is this open now?
No. The services side of PropertyList is still being built. This page records who wants in, so we can tell you the day it opens and shape it around the trades that actually turn up. The Property services WhatsApp group for the Costa del Sol is open already, and you can ask to join it from this page.
What will it cost?
That is not decided, so we are not going to guess at it here. Pricing is published when the service launches, and anyone who registered will hear it first.
What are you actually building?
A place for the professionals around a move to be found at the moment they are needed, inside the transaction rather than in a directory nobody opens. An agent closing a sale, or a buyer who has just completed, needs a lawyer, a photographer, a removals firm and a cleaner within days of each other.
Does registering commit me to anything?
No. It is an email address, a line about what you do and, if you want to join the WhatsApp group, your WhatsApp number. No account is created, nothing is charged, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
I am an estate agency, is this for me?
No. Agencies join the MLS and CRM, which is free and open today. This page is for the trades and professionals agencies and their clients hire. Agents with a free PropertyList account can join the Property services WhatsApp group from this page to find them.
When will it open?
There is no date yet. It is on the public roadmap, and it moves faster when more people ask for it, so registering here genuinely counts.
Want it sooner? It is on the public feature board, and the more people who ask, the sooner it gets built. If you run an estate agency rather than a service business, the MLS and CRM are free and open today.
