CoAgent is your CRM, on WhatsApp. Send it a voice note after a viewing and it writes the note, updates the requirement, sets the follow-up and tells you which of your listings now match. Ask for a client's number and it sends the number. Ask it to brief you before a call and it tells you what you last agreed and what you promised.

What does CoAgent cost?
CoAgent is free for everyone in September. The first 10 agents to message it keep it free and unlimited until 1 January. From October every agent gets 5 free messages a day, and approving with YES never counts toward them. Unlimited is 50 credits a month per agent, paid from your PropertyList credits, and you can stop it renewing any time. If you have more than 3 agents to add, talk to us about a package.
Does it change my CRM on its own?
No. CoAgent proposes and waits. It shows you the note it wrote, the requirement it wants to update and the follow-up it wants to set, and nothing is saved until you reply yes.
What happens to my voice notes?
The audio is transcribed and never stored. The note it writes is kept on the client record in your CRM, which is the point of it.
How does it know who I am?
By your WhatsApp number. It has to be on your PropertyList account, which is why the step below matters. If you message from a number it does not recognise it will still answer, it just will not know your name yet, and it will tell you how to fix that.
