What exactly will I get?

Who films it?
An independent professional filming company that PropertyList partners with on the Costa del Sol. They book a time with you and capture the property in one visit; PropertyList arranges the booking and handles the publishing. You do nothing but open the door.
What does it cost?
One fixed price per property, IVA included: 130 EUR for apartments, 190 EUR for townhouses and semi-detached homes, 250 EUR for villas. The first 6 months of hosting are included; after that, keeping the walkthrough live costs 30 EUR a month. Your price and filming date will be confirmed with you before anything is booked, and nothing is paid on this page.
