PropertyList.es offers each agent a FREE, whitelabel, uniquely branded website link, known as a “MicroSite,” to share all or selected properties:

This dedicated MicroSite allows you to:

Effortlessly showcase MLS properties: Create a stunning online presence for your agency and show as a full website or highlight your selected properties with your own branding for your clients.
Simplifica la captación de clientes potenciales: Un formulario de contacto integrado capta clientes potenciales directamente de posibles compradores y arrendatarios, que se vinculan automáticamente a los contactos de tu cuenta.

Smart Lead Management

Stay updated with platform notifications and email alerts.

New Leads: When someone enquires about a specific property, a new contact is automatically created in your account. The message and the enquired property are linked in the timeline.
Existing Contacts: When someone already in your database enquires, their contact timeline is updated with the message, and the enquired property is linked to their profile.

Every link generated is unique and links back to the user who created it, allowing admin and staff to easily track what they have sent and monitor the leads generated from their links. WIth admin access you can oversee this in the “MicroSite Leads” Tab.

MicroSite Options:

Check the box: Link your selected shared properties to a branded mini-website via your logo in the header.
Uncheck the box: The logo in the header will either link to your agency’s website (if added) or be disabled.

Cómo compartir propiedades:

a. Selecciona una Propiedad: Elige la propiedad concreta que quieres compartir.

b. Haz clic en "COMPARTIR": Esto generará un enlace único para esa propiedad.

c. Share Instantly & Save to Contact: Comparte fácilmente el enlace por WhatsApp, redes sociales, correo electrónico o cualquier otra plataforma.
Aquí puedes guardar una nota que indique que el enlace se ha compartido con un contacto específico o nuevo en tu cuenta.

Every MicroSite Link comes with a built-in contact form. When someone clicks on your property and fills out the form, you’ll receive a “MICROSITE LEAD" en tu cuenta.

Si el contacto ya está guardado en tu cuenta, su historial de contactos se actualizará para reflejar cuándo y qué enviaste, y recibirás una notificación por correo electrónico.

Si el contacto no se guarda en tu cuenta, el sistema creará automáticamente un nuevo contacto con la información y el mensaje pertinentes en la línea de tiempo, y se te notificará.
